tqfp 80 pcb design software???

Hi, what design software do you recommend when designing pcb's using this small chip? i bought a 1200 dpi laser  printer for this purpose. would the toner transfer put up with the high resolution req'd? or would i have to s tick with the uv method?
please advise??

I can get smaller lines than 7 mil with the uv method. Not sure what you would get with the transfer method. I tried the toner transfer method years ago, but it was a new process at the time and was not very reliable. I have never tried it again since.
