Tv picture messed up

[NJ Termite]

I have a tv were the RGB (the colors) is messed up. Every thing looks
basically black white and green. I was wondering if anyone new if it was a
resister or is it the tube? And any suggestion on how to fix it?

measurements of your TV - every failure is little different.
