Universal Remote Codes for Sharp TV

i tried to browse alot of time and get the possible Universal codes for my Sharp tv and this is what i found -
10178, 10019, 10748, 11314, 11660, 11710, 11780, 12049, 10171, 11204, 11326, 11517, 11564, 11641, 11963, 12002, 12183, 10463, 11463, 10748, 11314, 11660, 10171, 11204, 11326, 11517, 11641, 11780, 11785, 11892, 11963, 12002.
also, with RCA , GE , SKY , Magnavox , xfinity , etc . Do you have anymore Universal Code for Sharp TV ?

I noticed they are all five digit codes.
Is that all you want, five digit codes, cuz they come in three and four etc.
You would think all you would need is one code because it's universal. Oxymoron.

Every brand of 'Universal remote' will have a different code for a given TV.
A 'Sharp model32xyz' TV will have 'xxxxx' code if the universal remote is RCA. Will have a 'yyyyy' code if the universal remote is Magnavox. Will have a 'zzzzz' code if the Universal remote is...
And if the TV was manufactured later than the universal remote; the codes did not exist for the TV that did not exist. So, old 'Universal remotes' are usually useless.
Better buy a genuine used or new one for that TV. Your wallet will be wrung for a $2 item plus mailing, or whatever they want to squeeze.

I have a box of "universal" remotes, which are supposed to cycle through the codes and when the right one is found, it is supposed to be "set" and good to use. The only thing that is "universal" on these things is that they all don't work! As said above, buy the right one for your TV.

That box of 'universal' remotes won't work if older than the TV I had success with a 'learning' type of remotes, but you need to borrow one that works to copy the codes. Awkward.
