I've had Brinks for quite a while with no problems, but recently I switched to at&t phone and the splitter that I had to connect to my alarm was taken away. Now that I'm with Vonage again, I need it back.Brinks says the switching is not their fault so I must pay $25.00 for the splitter plus $90.00/HR for the technician.
