What components do I need to power a ceramic heating element on the go?

I've got one of these:

and I want to bring it around with me. What options do I have to power it so I can use it whenever and wherever I go?

Size requirement? Run time requirement?
150Watts is not a very easy thing to make small and portable...

Run time 20 minutes max. Size requirement.... something I can tie to a bike. Worst case scenario in a seat of a car.

That's not too bad...
If your after the battery by itself, you could look into getting some RC car battery packs. (Lithium based.. Li-Ion / Li-Po)
Or you can look at Sealed Lead Acid batteries.

If you had a 4Ah 12V SLA battery, it might just get you to the 20-minute mark.
You will need to be able to put out about 13-Amps, which could be considered high depending on the battery, this is why I bring up RC car battery packs. They are meant to provide high discharge currents which would get your little heating element up to the 150Watt mark.
Otherwise, you can always run the heater at a lower wattage.
Of course, there is nothing wrong with getting a battery pack slightly higher than 12V by combining identical batteries.
Would something like that be acceptable?
