What is a compact flouro?

If this is a serious question:
I got two 5 watt flourescent lamps with my HF Solar panel kit.
The tubes are the folded kind, inside a plastic "bulb" that is about
3" dia. X 3" tall, atop a plastic holder that terminates in an
standard 120 volt light bulb base. The kit, FWIW, includes sockets
with 10 feet of wire that terminate in a PL-51 ("phone plug") that
plugs into the controller. Even after the controller is gone, I see
these little lamps as really handy around 12 volts.

Many thanks Pete,

No it wasn't a serious question; I've long been an avid exponent of
the compact fluoro, but the idea of compacted flour (and the common
misspelling of fluorescent/fluoro) just tickled my funny bone.

Cheers and clear skies,
Al

I make the mistake often since I am the son of a flour miller:)
In reality I think his short coworker was the compact flouro.
