Does anyone know what's happening in the effort to read out inverter
operating data through a wireless LAN connection? I heard that Xantrex is
working on it. Certainly there are RS232 to 802.11b converters out there for
$180 and up that should be able to do the job using the software currently
available for download from Xantrex. I just installed a system and my
knuckles are raw (rapping on the front panel is the most asinine way to call
up readout displays I've ever seen). Any info would be appreciated.
