Does the voltage of a zener diode drift significantly with time (@ constant
current, temp) - say over 10 years?
If so how may I find out the rate and any rate controlling conditions (eg
current and/or temp).

thanks

I'm not sure, but if aging means diffusion of the PN materials, you would
expect that the knee in the VI characteristic gets less steep in time.

So at low currents the effect would be bigger, but the again at high
currents the aging goes faster.

correct me when I'm wrong, I'm not sure at all.
