Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders received after 13:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the following business day.
  • We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods and Delivery:

  • We offer flat-rate shipping for both domestic and international orders. If you need a custom shipping option, please contact us prior to placing your order.
  • The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Usually, it takes 7-10 days for Europe and 10-12 days for overseas.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your package’s progress.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping cost is 8 USD flat rate for all destinations worldwide.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions on certain orders or for specific regions. Such promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide from GR/Europe. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed by the destination country’s customs office.
  • Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the tracking number provided.
  • Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the tracking number.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. However, we will do our best to assist you.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
  • If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
