I see that the board is made by Silicon TechnoLabs. Perhaps you could ask them about suitable programming software?

I got the solution If I use AT89s52 then, I need to buy USB ISP programmer because AT89S52 doesn't have serial bootloader
If I use P89V51RD2 than I can program with serial port which is already in development board
Now I am using P89V51RD2. If I am not wrong. my compiler should be Keil and programmer software should be Flash magic ?
I'm afraid I can't help there. I'm a PIC man. I just did a little legwork in the hope it would help you.
ProgISP is perfect for burning in AT89s52, I have also stuck in this problem. Then this tutorial on burning 8051 microcontroller AT89s52 worked like a charm for a absolute beginner like me. Download ProgISP from here and just follow steps.
