Rapid response!

Last night I put in an order to Rapid online. On checking my order later I found I had sent for the wrong bridge rectifier! I contacted them via email to try to change the order. They emailed me back today to say my order was already dispatched but that they had sent out my replacement item free of charge and postage as a gesture of good will! I feel this type of service deserves to be noticed. Well impressed!

TBH, I have never heard of or used Rapid Online.
I would wait and see if your items turn up before singing their praises!
They might have the last laugh:p

I have used them before and they're a reliable company who are well used here in the British isles!

Now I feel really Stupid!!
I looked up Rapid Response!!! Which is logistics.. I thought delivery companies don't hold stock!
And thought you might be advertising for them!
Hence my reply above..
Sorry, I now see Rapid Online.
I still have never heard of them though..

Nice one hexreader, thanks for confirming.
As I said, I have never used them or heard of them. But it's great to hear they are a legite company and people from the UK endorse their services..
