hello 3N187, where to find this type of mosfet in ltspice,, because i am reading one good book and inedd this mosfet 3N187nin ltspice, any ohter help is welcome

I can't find any Spice model for the 3N187. You'll have to find a similar transistor with a Spice model. Then you can import this model into LTSPICE. Here's a discussion how to use a dual gate MOSFET in LTSpice which may help you along.
