Why there is different in voltage of 3 phase 410V 423V 419V Red green blue

Are these measured voltages or is this a theoretical question?
Are these phase-to-phase voltages or phase-to-neutral?
Are the colors in any way important?

If measuring to neutral and there are single phase loads between the phases and neutral then varying 1ph loads will cause unbalance.

Voltage will be phase to phase, not phase to neutral. Phase to neutral will be about 240v for your system.

@RTYTYBTRYRTY : You're firing questions at us without showing that you consider the responses given, less an understanding of 3 phase systems.
Please get informed about the basic operation of three phase systems (here's another link) and if open issues remain, come back with more clear questions.
