Looks like the one in the video except for the octal base instead of wire leads. Would guess it resonates somewhere between 10 and 20 kHz if the video version resonates at 18 kHz. There is another link in the explanation accompanying the You-Tube video.

Unfortunately the lowest frequency I could get was 22kHz. I have another that is 52kHz.

It seems like each crystal was individually tested. They come with a form having hand-written specifications written on it.

I have one somewhere that resonates at 100kHz. I compared it to Droitwich and could slip a cycle in more than 10sec.

I got these to play with them after I saw a report on the Q of a heap of crystals. Of the huge set of crystals tested, the ones in glass bottles had the highest Q (by a large margin).

And these are really large crystals!

I'd like to make a low frequency ovenised oscillator just for the fun of it. It would be interesting to have the active element be a valve too
