Is it possible to make a very low voltage, very low power emf generator, to test EMF Meters. It only needs a rage of a few inches.

Microvolts, as low as possible, as this will be housed in a sealed container.
3v would be nice, but any voltage will be considered.
Radiated, if possible
frequency:50/60Hz frequency (but that can be quite sloppy, doesnt need to be on the nose

I have a buck voltage board form Ebay that has a torroid on it...if I take an antenna off of one of its outputs, will the rf noise radiate?, Usually these guys generate a lot of Rf noise?
