Compatible Polyester Capacitor

Hello everyone,
Investigating a reoccurring issue, I found this capacitor with one of its legs pulled out.

It's obviously a snubber and I'm pretty sure it's the cause of the reoccurring issue (PCB trace falling apart).

My knowledge of capacitor types is very limited and I don't really know how to read this.
Thet 2u is I'm guessing 2uF, but I'm suspecting the 2J is a multiplier?
I have no idea what the A4 means either.
The full code is 2u2J250V-A4
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd say it's 2.2uF with 5% tolerance(J) 250v
The A4 no idea
Capacitor legs, as with other discrete devices don't just "fall out".
Your photo is blurry and doesn't really show all that much except the value.

Yeah... I actually lost the damaged one, and the photo is from identical capacitors still on the machine.
They just dangle bellow the contractors, so it was probably damaged by accident at some point.
The machine is a nearly 40 year old 3-phase paper cutter, made in Czech Republic.
I actually just found the catalogue for these capacitors ... in Czech obviously.
I cannot read it, but I'm now guessing A4 is the shape and size of the capacitor.
