Not enough information. As above, find and post the relevant schematic. Post larger and detailed pictures of the WHOLE board, both sides.
The board looks like it's already had some repair work done on it. Was this you? Was it working when you bought/received it?

Thanks for your Reply and Sorry for unable to Respond you Soon. How do I Find the Relevant Schematic? Sure, I will Try to Take the Pictures again and Post it. I did not Do the Repair. I have given it to Someone to Repair it. He said, he needs Circuit Diagram to Proceed further. Yes, it was Working when I bought and Used for Several Years. I Look forward to Hearing from you Soon.
