At my age, I often forget what day of the week or what month it is. This problem is scheduled to resolve itself with my death. A mind may be a terrible thing to waste, but it is evil to not remember when certain important-to-me things, that occurred some time in the past, actually happened. Things like birthdays, weddings, funerals, graduations, yada yada yada. Who ordered that? I cannot remember birthdays of family members. Maybe that is why they don't call to talk to me anymore. Oh, wait... they have never called, AFAIK.
I am going to try to make it past January 19, 2038 to celebrate wife's birthday on February 19, 2038. Lessee... I would be 94 years old in June of that year, so it could be possible.
