Rs232 help

Hi! Does anyone know how to work with this kind of rs232? I wanna transmit data from my weight indicator, but it doesn’t seem to work. No voltage comes out of it too when tested with voltmeter.

Hello,

L1, L2 and L3 are not placed and will isolate the CN4 connection.
Does the manual say anything about the RS232 connection, like speed and bits.

Thanks for posting a link to the manual.
Read section 2.3.3 for the RS 232 cable connection.
Read section 3.6 for the settings of the RS 232 communication.
Read section 3.7 for understanding what the RS 232 is sending.
