What is the value of this resistor (or is it possibly not a resistor)?

Can anyone help….Im trying to fix a milk frother. Took it apart and found this blown component on the board. It looks like a resistor with a 5 band colour code, however the fifth colour band is black, which has thrown me a bit. I’ve interpreted it to be a 22 ohm resistor. I fitted a replacement 22 ohm resistor but it blew immediately. In case it’s not clear from the photo the colour bands are red, red, black, gold, black.

Thanks in advance

P.S. I’m beginner so hope this isn’t a stupid questionIMG_9307.jpeg

22 ohms 0.1%

however the fifth colour band is black, which has thrown me a bit.
Just ignore it. The number 5 band is the failure rate percentage but the color black
On your particular resistor should not be there, manufacturers boo boo. if you think about it, without the black being there... it wouldn't be a five band resistor.
Now I'm confused??? (Just kidding)

A blown resistor value (sometimes) can be found by reference to a "good" end with one multimeter probe, and scratching off the coating on the other to get "a reading".
This reading then can be "guessed" by proportioning the length of the good reading to the dud bit and add together.
