how to increase frequency from 50 hz to 60 hz in inverter circuit 4500 watt with transistor d718, no IC ?

The frequency generating circuit section is not in your drawing. Has to be somewhere connected to a pin of the three shown. Is it a grid-tied or off-grid ?

I don't know how to connect it, but I want a way to connect a special part to increase the frequency to 60HZ.
