I have had these transistors for a few decades and never was able to find the data sheet for them. Does anyone here know anything about these?

Pretty bad photo. I've seen similar looking components in high end RF gear, long long ago.

I'm not looking to sell them, I just wanted to use them for a transmitter project or something like that. I just don’t know what the power capabilities are for it.

Thanks Dana,
I did go through 1978-1987. It was very interesting. There was no info on the transistor but I enjoyed going through them. I worked at HP, Corvallis Oregon 91-93 as a technician.
