Help identifying a resistor and source

I am looking for some assistance in identifying a resistor and source for the part. The resistor is a flat little thing, unlike the cylindrical type normally seen at Radio Shack or in most catalogs.

The number printed on the resisitor is 4701.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
