many articles here say the same thing.
controller is a full PC u can use all its features.
for any control application just like a stepper motor or even an induction motor.

then u might have to study the pin assignment diagram and perhaps the datasheet .u may have to buy an explanatary book for it from the market if u have not got one along with it.
I have not worked on zilog processors i use Intel and sometimes Atmel. Although pin assignments are only a little different. ;D

i dont understand whether u are using zilog or intel processor as the controller in your project?
Any way both are similar in working just companies differ.
May be i can help u more in Intel and Atmel. Can u tell me the project u have finalized?

hi  there!
\many of the controller application examples are availabale on this site as well as others  in microcontroller sections.
regarding the choice of programmer u may use a platform called proview 32  (u should know the basics of  C )
once the code is ready just burn it in the ROM.

the z80 and intel Z80 are very universal and are still being used in anything from  home project to fire alarms and computers.
i have striped a computer and have
ZZ80+ccpu+serial comunicator+auxillery chips
havent done anything yet due to financial problems with a School Stamp.
