Hi, I hooked up 3 cell phone chargers in series as to produce me 19 V. but they still don't seem to charge my laptop...what could be the problem.
Charges I used :
2 Chargers at 5.6 V - 0.4 A
1 Charger at 7.5 V - 300 mA
Also what does it mean when your input says 1.5A example:

I hot wired two cell phones at 6 Volts each together to see if I could add the voltage to become a 12 Volt output, but the voltage remained the same at 6 V...Why is that?
My charger is fried and was wondering if it can be fixed or it is way too complicated...also, I found this charger on the net for 10 bucks but the characteristics are a bit different...The one I have is 19 V 4.74 A , and the one they selling is 19 V 3.42 A ...does that make a difference ,will it...
