    Problems with headphones... static?

Get yourself a PCI soundcard. A simple 5.1 costs about 25-30 euros. I'm sure you will like surround sound ;). A stereo one is much more cheaper

Function Generator for Sinewave 122k Project

I don't know mixos, Once, I went by and saw it working on a breadboard, but I had not the time to play with it :(

    Homemade capacitor

Far back in my school days, I took 2 pieces of paper and 2 pieces of aluminioum foil (smaller than the paper) and I placed them like this: alouminioum========------>cable paper================= alouminioum========------>cable paper================= and I rolled them with the top...

    LaserJet Printer Circuit

Nice job hotwaterwizard !!! The *.rar files open with WinRar (something like winzip) the 1st service manual is in russian language (or something I can't understand) . The second one is OK ( http://www.eserviceinfo.com/download.php?fileid=4635 ) :)

    Free sample chips!

Sensirion used to send samples of their temperature-humidity sensors SHT11 but only until the end of 2003. I got some of these nice chipies :P

    Charger Plug ?

Most chargers I've seen, accept input of 100-240V at 50-60Hz

    Square wave to Sine wave

The conversion of anything to perfect sine wave is very-very difficult... And it is more difficult with the voltages and power you want.

    what is silk screen??

No alcohol does not affect it. I dont know if you use a strong one what happens. I usually spray both sides (copper side and component side) with PLASTIK from Cramolin. (insulating spray) but you dont have to do it. It Wont Leave. When I spray it I dont touch the silkscreen because the letters...

    what is silk screen??

After I etch and drill my pcb, I print (on Laser printer) the silkscreen mirrored and I iron it on the pcb. I use HP glossy photo paper but plain paper still have good results. :)

    digital audio controls

Are you in my brain man? About a year ago I discovered a TDA1524 in a dismantled car radio, when I looked the datasheet I liked It and I wanted to use it. I desoldered the ic and tested it in a breadboard with analog potensiometers (worked fine). The same time I ordered some digital...

Function Generator for Sinewave 122k Project

The datasheet has some good schematics. A Friend, made one and works very well. :) The only problem is to find a widerange power amplifier for the output stage

    Stereo volume control from TI

Try DS1802 from MAXIM. It works both with microcontroller and push buttons ;) The best for stereo audio in my opinion :)

Why are PCB's green on the trace side

The green thing is insulating material to protect the copper from humidity and corrosion

    Acoustic Generator

You must use a coaxial cable in order not to have noise in your signal. get a coaxial and put the connectors you like :P The TTL output is fixed as I said before. you cant put a dc offset. 4 Volts is also OK for TTL.

    Acoustic Generator

Maybe it is not an acoustic generator. What is the max frequency yo can get? TTL output : here the width of the output is fixed at 5Vp-p. The low is at 0V and the high is at 5V. This is suitable for digital electronic circuits with gates etc. 50Ohm output is the normal output. the width is not...

    Heeeeeeelp!!

If I understand you need a box that contains a number of adjustable timers that start counting when you press a start button. You can do it with a monostable multivibrator (with 555, or tranzistors).
