    Does electron die?

Nothing in the world dies. The calcium in your milk is millions of years old.

HELP WITH UNDERSTAND OF NAND GATE CIRCUIT?

DOOR ALARM This circuit produces two different effects on the LED. It is best to put a piezo diaphragm on pin 11 to hear the tone (frequency) produced by the circuit. The circuit is a good example to test your ability to work out what is happening. When the magnet is near the Hall effect...

HELP WITH UNDERSTAND OF NAND GATE CIRCUIT?

Design this circuit without any IC ,low component count ,and very low price. The IC is 10 cents. This is less than a few components.

HELP WITH UNDERSTAND OF NAND GATE CIRCUIT?

The only problem is the 10u around the wrong way.

    Is this circuit possible?

My circuit only works with an input-output isolated module. The module referred to in the first post will be flat-out trying to provide the wattage - especially with 4v2 input. This is the sort of module you need: $4.00 with free shipping. 150 watts

    Is this circuit possible?

You are not going to be able to deliver anything like 50 watts to the amplifier from a few cells. It would be better to use 2 x 4.2v to reduce the input current. If you are going to use a non-isolated converter, just use your original circuit. For 50 watts I use a more-robust converter.

    Is this circuit possible?

All the Boost Converters I use are isolated from input to output as they use a high-frequency transformer.

    Is this circuit possible?

The output is not connected back to the input. The input is isolated from the output. Just because one wire is connected from the output to the input does not make a PATH.

    Is this circuit possible?

" Just follow the wires I have colored red from your schematic," No current will flow through ONE WIRE. The input and output are ISOLATED.

    Is this circuit possible?

" The boosted voltage is fed back to the battery, recharging it. " What a stupid statement. The boosted voltage DOES NOT flow back to the battery. " I understand the topology of the boost converter." No, you don't.

    Is this circuit possible?

Dorke, as I said, you cannot answer this simple question and you cannot design a simple circuit. All you can do is come up with some stupid diversion. In fact a diode on the output of the Boost Converter will do nothing as the Boost Converter MUST have the input isolated from the output via a...

    Is this circuit possible?

Dorke, you really are a DORKE: What is the second diode doing ????

    Is this circuit possible?

Adding a diode will not solve the problem and is not needed as the negative output of the converter will be below 0v (compared to the battery negative) and the input and output must be isolated via a transformer.

    Is this circuit possible?

Steve: You just said:There is no problem switching the negative, and now you say switching the positive will cause a problem.

    Is this circuit possible?

Simply change the connections if you want to switch the positive. You don't need a DPDT switch and two diodes. That's why you don't need a "university professor" to design the circuit for you.

    Is this circuit possible?

There is nothing wrong with your circuit. It amazes me that supposed "electronics persons" create such absurdities.

Can a button open a circuit?

Put a spike on the end of the USB device and press on a switch that opens when pressed. They are also called pin switches for inserting into a door for an alarm

Determine the Vcbo of a germanium transistor and the voltage drop along the connected components.

Now put zero ohms in the emitter and then 400 ohms and then 10k and let me know if it makes any difference. Make sure you have no base resistor and take the base to emitter. Or the equivalent for PNP

Determine the Vcbo of a germanium transistor and the voltage drop along the connected components.

The base-emitter junction has 0v across it when the input voltage is zero. At 100k the base will rise 1mV and the base-emitter junction will not be turned on. It is pointless putting a 400 ohm resistor in the emitter when no current is flowing. Show me a germanium transistor with a leakage of...
