    ok the M+ and M- for the motor try to measure the output voltage with DMM and see if it's constant or it disconnect after while

    that caused of overload on the motor due to heavy running belt, i suggest you to lubricate the belt very well" between the belt and the underneath piece of wood " before assuming the fault in the circuit

    So couldn't find fusible resistor in my city so I'll use 220V 1A glass fuse, couldn't find less than 1A or 10 ohm 3 watt carbon resistor Which of them would be better as protection?

    ok i tested with the LED strip and it work fine, you were right it needed a load to work

    i already connect the input after the fuse since i don't have the fuse installed on the noise were from the IC circuit not the AC line noise.that's why it keep getting slow on the radio till it fade out when i disconnect the AC power
