    iam not 100% sure but i know they both use the same equation. And if i rember they are usually the same value. i belive they are different in the way they are used.....like i said i belive this is right but it has been awhile sence i have used it.. cheers, glen

    Can you put a dimmer on LEDs?

    you can put a potentiometer between the voltage and the led and it will dimm and get brighter...just rember too bright and then POP....no more led.. cheers glen
