    TDA2030 amplification is very less

You can connect your Volume Control Directly to Pin 3. No Need for that Capacitor. Not too Important, But C7 is usually Recommended to be a .01 Not sure you need R6 & R7. Just Put R8 to Gnd.

    Zero ohm resistors.

Yes, That SURPRISED ME ALSO. I bought this box of 1000 Pieces a few years ago at a wholesaler store in Vancouver, Canada. Doesn't say the Manufactures name, Just Says "0 Ohms, 1/4 watt Size and 5%".

    Zero ohm resistors.

Squeezing the heck out of it in a Big Vice, It is actually Solid Metal Inside. Other than the Lead Wires it is probably good for 50 amps. It Does Not even get Warm at 10 Amps on my Power Supply. It Measures .00056 Ohms at 1/4 Inch at Either Side of this Center Part.

    Voltage regulator problem !!

Sounds like a Parts is Overheating and Changing Value. Possibly use a "COLD Spray" to find that part and than replace it.

    Zero ohm resistors.

My 0 Ohm, 1/4 watt Resistors are a 24 AWG Wire, so Whatever Current is OK for that. Probably 6 to 8 Amps is safe. And I Like using them.

    LM317 Help

You need to get an "LDR" Type of Regulator. LDR = LOW DROP OUT. The LM317 has too High of a Voltage Loss between Input and Output.

    Resistor

Considering it is Wire Wound and Looking at the Size of that resistor, I'll bet it gets Really Hot at 100 watts. Must be a Small Size Wire inside.

    Resistor

I am in Canada, so it just cost me $2.00 Postage. This wire is from a Used Heating Element, I will cut you a 1.5 Ohm Length from it. Send me an Email with your Name and Address. chemelec at Hotmail.com

    Resistor

A 26 AWG wire is only good Maybe 5 Amps in Free Air. Definitely NOT 20 Amps.

    Resistor

Nichrome Wire remains Fairly constant in resistance with heating. I have some 16 AWG Nichrome wire (0.268 Ohms per Foot) I could mail to him for Free. (And It Does NOT get Red Hot at 8 Amps.)

    Help with MOSFET motor control

Somewhat makes sense to me: I Assume Q2 and Q3 is a Flip Flop, (Output to Source of Q1, goes either High or Low) Turning Q1 on and off. Q1, driven by the 555 is actually controlling the Motor. So I suggest you try replacing Q1. Check for a Waveform at the Drain of Q1.

You know you're a valued customer when...

In the Past, I have received Numerous free Samples from TI, delivered to my address in Canada. But I think they now Charge for Shipping. I Believe their number is 1-512-434-1560

Microphone for low frequency recording use

Possibly Cut some Tubes (Pipes) to Various Lengths, to Resonate at Frequencies between 1 and 20 Hz, with your microphone on one end of the tubes.

Microphone for low frequency recording use

A Long Throw Voice Coil type Speaker is probably also Better

Microphone for low frequency recording use

A Larger Speaker has a Lower Frequency response than most Microphones and using this Circuit it can make the Speaker act like a Microphone. http://chemelec.com/Projects/Spkr-Mic/Spkr-mic.htm

Microphone for low frequency recording use

Even if you have such a Microphone, Most devices won't Record them. Also unlikely you could hear those Low frequencies. And Most speaker won't reproduce them with any amount of loudness.

    Having trouble building circuit?

Put a Switch between pin 3 of the 555 and pin 1 of the other IC. Makes Decision, Simpler than Lifting the wire.

    FVFM High Voltage rectifier

So I'll send you 3 or even a Dozen of them. Just Email me your Name and address and tell me what you want. Please Put "HV DIODES" in the Subject Line. chemelec (at) Hotmail.com

    FVFM High Voltage rectifier

Seeing as your in Canada (as I am), I could supply you with some 22KV, 2mA Diodes for FREE. I use these in My electrostatic Filter. Dust? Time to CLEAN it Out.
