    Help:Locating break in electric cable

Repairs at each end is Ok. But since it is Not really Practical to SPLICE a cable somewhere in the middle, Why not Just Replace it. And Probably the SAFEST WAY.

    Multiple mosfet driving

10K Seems VERY LARGE. 10 to 100 Ohms is Better. Ideally each mosfet should have a Low Value (0.1 Ohms) SOURCE RESISTOR, to even out possible difference between the mosfets

    PCB, protection

Years Ago, Tin plating was common but Not very Effective, so it is not used much now. A good Conformal Coating Will protect Both the Copper and Solder Joints. But Make Sure you REMOVE all SOLDER Flux, Before coating the Board.

    Audio amplifier compatability...

As to Power, It is actually better to have an amplifier that delivers a Power Equal To or Greater Power than the Speakers rating. An Amplifier that is rated TOO LOW in power will cause Considerable Distortion and SQUARE Waves at a Louder Volume. A 100 watt Amplifier driving a 10 watt Speaker is...

    Simple resistor overheat problem

THAT DOES not WORK ON MY COMPUTER. I also did a Google search for this and NONE of the other options work to give me That Symbol. This is WHAT I Get........... Û

    Simple resistor overheat problem

I think he put 55 o The o Representing OHMS. And his plan was Each LED would get 33 mA. But NOT a Good way to do this!

    Simple resistor overheat problem

It Could actually result in Considerable current differences. It is Recommended to use a Separate resistor for each one, Or connect them in a Series string with a suitable supply voltage.

    Simple resistor overheat problem

In Parallel like you put them, The 3 LED's will Not Draw the Same Current, Due to slight Variations in each one.

    Electrolysis

Do you have Copper water Pipes in your house? When water goes through them, it dissolves Copper. You Drink that? It is really Bad for you, Also Pollutes our Lakes and Streams. The Amount of Chromium is Very Tiny. Look at all the old Chromium from Cars that goes to the Junk Yard and many other...

    Electrolysis

WELL I GUESS I'M DEAD THOUSANDS OF TIMES OVER. I Don't know where you got that from about Stainless Steel, But it is Definitely NOT Correct. Baking Soda or Lye (Sodium Hydroxide) is OK, But Never use Salt as it will produce some Chlorine Gas.

    Electrolysis

Really Pure water has an Extremely High Resistance. Tap water has a Somewhat Lower Resistance with Contaments, But still quite High. To Increase Current flow at 12 Volts, you need to Increase Plate Area (multiple Parallel Plates), possibly Reduce Distance between Plates or Add an Electrolyte to...

    Bench Power Supply?

I have Never had a Situation to supply just that ".1 Volts at the 8 amps" that I have. But I Can Short the Outputs Continuously. Yes it can require a considerable number of Paralleled power Transistors. I Built Two of these supplies in a Single Enclosure. (14 inches wide, 11 Inches High and 10...

I See where it is ripped off, but I don't see a Short anywhere. However you definitely Need Soldering Lessons.

    Bench Power Supply?

An MC1466L can create a Lab Grade, Linear Power Supply of almost any voltage or Current rating. With Separate Current and Voltage Controls and it is Adjustable down to Zero Volts and/or Current. The MC1466L is Discontinued but available on Ebay from China. I Also have a Discrete Version of this...

    Components Buyers Guide [for Dummies]

In Canada I could give you a Suppler, or even send you one. But your too far away in the Philippines. You need a Power Inductor, Not just an RF Choke.
