Timing coil transistor output to transistor?

Much better if you can provide voltage output of your timing sensor. This will help design or compute component to amplify the timing sensor signal for scr triggering.

need help on computer power supply noise

The way I understand the question was that his son have 2 computer power supply and 2 amplifier. He installed the power supplies in each amplifier as 2 separate unit. I assume that power supply still use its metal casing and still have the cooling fan. So there will no problem with ventilation...

    Trying to fix board

The board your fixing looks like LAN router or hub and use +5V to supply its IC. Check the 2 lower capacitors for +5V reading. Usually LAN board have LED indicators. You can use this LED to indentify problem of board.

DIY micro-usb phone charger with high current - not working?

You need to know the value of resistor connected between pin2 and pin3 of your working charger. Then install same value in your "charger". You can experiment changing value of resistor to increase charging current.

    Programmable CDI

This one was better. Because it have high voltage inverter transformer. Capable for multiple spark cdi.:)

    Programmable CDI

It is a CDI. It has a capacitor in series with the ignition coil. But we don't know if its capable of multiple spark per cylinder.:o By the way. Do somebody know the name of tuning or ignition testing software installed on the laptop by designer?

    Voltage Stabilizer

What are those small black top components? It looks like transistor. Never seen that here in Philippines.:D

A challenge for you expert folks.....about tennis!!

No need for special tennis ball. Ordinary tennis ballonly need to obstruct the XY infrared beam ( Horizontal and vertical arranged as grid ) before it hit the wall. Distance of beams from wall would be 2".

A challenge for you expert folks.....about tennis!!

Ooops. I have to delete my suggestion. CocaCola already suggested the XY coordinate with beam sensor.:) I think that's more reliable and simpler. No mechanical component to wear.

    Chronograph for bullets

If you see underside of proto pcb. there's a strip of etch for each ic pin connection. This also have capacitance that affect high frequency signals. So cut with blade that etch that was not needed to reduce capacitance of etch. Also try to position crystal, capacitor and resistor osc...

Have you tried connect another 74HC gate inverter in parallel to Y2 to increase output voltage? You still have 2 extra gate.

    How car voltage stabilizer work?

It's better to invest on car grounding kit specially if car was old or ground wiring connection were dirty or with rust. This will surely improve, stabilized car electrical.

    Chronograph for bullets

Place a 100mfd 16V in parallel connection in your oscillator pcb to filter dc voltage +VCC supply and ground to filter voltage fluctuation and 0.1 mfd to filter high noise signal on +VCC. Don't tap +VCC supply in proto board. Connect pcb +VCC directly to Supply connector to avoid voltage drop.

    Chronograph for bullets

If you encountering intermittent problem with your protoboard circuit ( 2nd picture ). Place some 1,000mfd and 0.1 mfd on +5V supply rail. This is to eliminate noise on +5V.

    How this ps unit works??

P1 for adjustment of current limit and P2 for adjustment of dc voltage output.
