want to charge 2 18650 batteries as a 6v battery with a BMS

Simple module for charging 18650, either one or 2 cells, is as follows....... You will not charge 2 18650's with 6v or indeed "as a 6v battery" whatever that means. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/191943489985 This has nothing to do with your BMS module which can be used as well. Note that there...

want to charge 2 18650 batteries as a 6v battery with a BMS

As I already explained, the BMS is not a charger.

want to charge 2 18650 batteries as a 6v battery with a BMS

BMS modules do not regulate the charge discharge nor do they allow the charge in the required manner for lithium.

Help wiring vintage record player speaker

That particular type of speaker arrangement is commonly known as (in Aus at least) an electrostatic speaker. It does not contain a permanent magnet as most common modern day speakers. What is does have is a choke coil which is wired into the smoothing side of the line transformer to act both as...

    PWM on 12volt winch?

No...like I said previously, you want a Ferrari, buy a Ferrari.

    PWM on 12volt winch?

All you have to do is walk to any street corner and see some 12 year old playing with a quad drone. There is an example of (most times at least 4) 3 phase brushless induction motors all controlled via esc (electronic speed controllers) Those in turn are controlled via PPM signal from an r/c...

    PWM on 12volt winch?

Hasn't the penny dropped yet? He doesn't know what he is talking about. Those who don't know invariably try to baffle people like yourself with science.

    PWM on 12volt winch?

There is your answer. I could be more specific but why waste my time.........best you look up the physics on motors for yourself. And before you ask, yes I do know, qualified electrical contractor and electronics for over 55 years now.

This prop replica needs something replaced on its PCB. Any ideas?

Looks to me like it has already been "attacked" which is why I suggested the $5 replacement....

    Powerbank power on switch

Show what you have there. LiPo's require dedicated charger as already stated regardless of whether or not you use battery management modules.

This prop replica needs something replaced on its PCB. Any ideas?

Easy enough to give it a new delay timer module, probably cost around $5 off Ebay etc. for a fully programmable delay timer module with 7 segment LED display onboard. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/311908858451

    PWM on 12volt winch?

To be fair, Kellys_eye said lots of pwm controllers, did not mention anything about or refer to anything in your current requirement range. As the saying goes, why don't you "suck it and see" (check for yourself)? Currently though you still have no idea what type of motor it is...

Well then, same answer as in latter part of #2.

    Burnt dmx splitter unit

Ouch!!!!...that does NOT look good for you. Short of a new pcb I don't see any way out of that.

car plug on a 12v to 6v converter

It may well be a 10w fluro but....again...what current does it draw?

Trying to identify a resistor network

That would normally be no problem checking the remaining resistors.

car plug on a 12v to 6v converter

That converts 12v to 6v ....and it has an output rating of 3A.(so they say) What are you trying to drive with it? That will determine firstly, if it has the capability to do so and secondly, the size of the fuse required.

    PWM on 12volt winch?

To begin with, you have not yet determined what type of motor it is. If it is 3 phase brushless, you won't do it with PWM. If it is a brushed type motor, you certainly will not find a pwm device on Ebay capable of those currents, at least not of any ,what would be considered, quality. If you do...

External Computer Monitor not powering up

For starters, I would not consider any usb cable capable of supplying power to any large screen monitor. The sparking points towards being some indifference between the 2 usb cables which I imagine should not have been used anyhow. First photo shows an IDC plug for power...why did you not use...

car plug on a 12v to 6v converter

you will need to be a bit more specific. I.e. a photo to show what you are talking about. On the strength of what is provided so far I can only assume the plug is 6V given your 10w /1.6A . If the fuse is part of that setup, then a fuse of a couple of amps (say 2A) is not going to worry anything.
