    Difficult to say as there is nothing in your photo to "scale" the resistors...however, seem to be possibly 2w. These days resistors tend to be much smaller physically for the same power rating. Drawing (and lack of any info on drive amp) does not say either but being in the "tweeter" circuit...

    Think what 73's De Edd is getting at is....... if you can vary the volume and the tick varies, it's amplifier problem. If it doesn't , it is likely to be either ht or power supply problem. One would need to know either /or......
