whats is proper name for this , heat sensor? temperature thermostat?

That would be the first point of call......... and most likely the problem. In case you don't know( guessing not) the thermal fuse is an inline device on the power cabling , new one has to be correct temperature rating AND crimped(not soldered) back in place. Typical fuse although there are...

whats is proper name for this , heat sensor? temperature thermostat?

Trying to get a spare part to suit the appliance would more than likely be a waste of time . What makes you think it is faulty to begin with?

    Unavailable small AC motor components

X2 are mains rated caps , normally used in voltage reduction circuits.( places where non-isolated voltage reduction is used, such as say a mains operated daylight switch or pir detector, many others.........) M referred to ceramic being more suitable to noise suppression however, the x2 would...

No, wrong again....that would be maximum efficiency.

    Help with AMS1117

Well, in electrical or mechanical , it's the difference between input and output expressed as a percentage(normally). Efficiency can be good or bad, but in the case of a linear regulator, considered bad in respect to other forms. You apparently considered it to be of excellent design parameter...

no they are not............that's the trouble these days, lack of understanding of the English language.

    Generac Smart Management Module Dead

Can you re-do the last photo, in focus would be good. Really had a large blow around the fuse and diverter area(RTC), but also see a small blow mark on the negative leg of the bridge rectifier, almost like someone slipped with a screwdriver/meter probe whilst live. Bad joint on RT1 may have...

    amplify DC voltage input to universal motor (24 V -> ~ 60 V)

Not only with whatever circuit diagram you are referring to but, series motors on DC have that characteristeric, that is why they are either driven via some auto speed control or use compound windings. The series motor on dc will run to destruction if not loaded down.

Circuit from "Watch Winder" doesn't turn on the motors.

Sounds awfully like the transistors are open collector........possibly motors require their own supply with common ground.

    Troubleshooting Whirlpool Wall Double Oven

Usual for the spade terminal connections to cook themselves and result in poor to no contact. Make certain you have isolated supply to the oven (preferably at the main sw board) before attempting any repair.

    Learning about DVR Camera modules?

Don't see anything in your intentions that would circumvent the problems you seem to visualise. Short of implanting every living individual on the planet with some type of dna probe, I don't see any fix for (again) your perceived problems. Maybe I missed something but don't think so.

Need help to remove a Planar Transformer from Circuit Board.

If true planar, removal impossible as windings would be part of the pcb, difficult to say with your photo. Why not resolder the pin or run a jumper cable and move on?

    Learning about DVR Camera modules?

One would have to say, why bother when there are plenty already available, cheap-as. Look at FPV mini cameras for a start.
