High frequency circuit board for TIG AC/DC welder, how does it work?

What HF are you referring to, the weld frequency or...... the start HF. The former shouldn't be anywhere near that high as far as I am aware and the start HF could be MHz.

High frequency circuit board for TIG AC/DC welder, how does it work?

Couple of things....... your link shows a service manual with 130 pages in it so not intending to scan through all that BUT have you searched in there at all..?? 151J part looks like a wire wound resistor (probably 150R value) Transformers in high frequency ARE smaller, but I'm pretty certain...

    You could use H bridges.

Trying to Trick my A/C Unit

Well then, connect power directly to the compressor/fan coil/condensor fan. As you seem to know more than we do, that shouldn't be a problem for you. Now I know how to achieve that no problem with 50 years of RAC work but we'll let you sort it "cause I'm a dumbass" ...:):)

Trying to Trick my A/C Unit

Yes, I saw what you wrote the first time..... As I said above............ To put it into terms which you might start to understand, imagine trying to get a 200mm log to start burning and all you have to do it is 1 match, nothing else.

Need a isolated adjustable device to raise signal voltage from .2~.8v --> ~.2~1.0v

Hehehehehe...ok Just let everyone know when you are about to open the tap and we'll all wait for the boom. I fear the moon is full once again.......

Trying to Trick my A/C Unit

I doubt very much that a 4kw rac would get your room anywhere near 17 degrees let alone 15. You see the hurdle..??? No point setting it lower if the physical constaints of the system itself are in place. No only that but you risk freezing up the fan coil unit.

Need a isolated adjustable device to raise signal voltage from .2~.8v --> ~.2~1.0v

If you increase the voltage coming from the sensor, that will tell the ECU the engine is rich (when it probably isn't) Reaction from the ECU will be to lean out the engine (regardless if you want it or not) Everyone who is anyone in the know, knows what lean mixtures do to engines. Keep an eye...

    Battery Charging Circuit

Get it wrong and Li-ion cells will let you know in a spectacular reaction. Battery University web site will tell you most of what is known about them. Other than that, why try to re-invent the wheel so-to-speak? There are literally thousands of chargers out there, smart chargers, built by ones...

Need a isolated adjustable device to raise signal voltage from .2~.8v --> ~.2~1.0v

Oxygen sensors and ECU's are not the kind of device you should be playing with if part of the vehicle. That plus one could do some real damage if the altered signal says it's a rich mixture and the ECU decides to lean out the mixtures, which is more than likely what it will do.

    Strange homemade device found hidden.

I wouldn't get the spooks in.....not a radio with what is showing, that's for sure. Wouldn't get any dc power in or out given the series cap and power resistor. Can't see any visible radiation symbols so crack it open and have a look.

How can I bypass a switch on a humidifier?

If the unit has problems , bypassing the switch will not do anything differently.

Sansui TDC2075A (CRT TV) has no power or standby lights.

That wasn't what I was referring to either. Location was correct but I was referring to any live testing. A fully charged cap in that area will definetely give you a wake up call, that's for sure. However, the same point with the circuit powered up will lay you flat with zero wake up if you...

    Simple lamps circuit

Hope you are referring to low voltage lamps here. Microcontrollers were made for such things. Arduino forum would be a good place to start, along with some basic gear, clones micros are fine.

Truly embarrassed - help what have I done wrong

Motors give high inductive spikes at startup and suspect that's what has killed it. As above, show a full circuit of what you have, not what someone else has drawn up somewhere on the internet. Include motor full load rating.
