Differential coax cable vs 2 single ended coax cables

Normally a shielded twisted-pair is used for differential signals. High frequency twisted-pair have a characteristic impedance of around 100 ohms. Ethernet cable is 100Ω twisted-pair, for example, and you could use ethernet connectors. I wouldn't recommend trying to use two coax for that.

    Looking for Wi-Fi Modem recommendations

So you need to contact them and determine what modems are compatible with their signal.

    Looking for Wi-Fi Modem recommendations

Who is your internet signal source? You need a modem compatible with that.

Potential energy of suspended mass expressed in kWh

It has nothing to do with SI units. K means 1000, so you divided when you should have multiplied.

How can I fix an unformattable raw micro SD card?

You are beating a dead horse.

Potential energy of suspended mass expressed in kWh

You need to multiply KWs by 1000, not divide by 1000 to get Ws. So the the answer is 2270 Ws (if the rest of you calculations are correct).

    12 volt delay timer

My HP42S (virtual) calculator on my computer gives 57.29577951308232087679815481410517 degrees. Good enough for government work. ;)

    Video signal DC level adjustment

Don't understand your concern about the DC level. What DC level? Is power being sent along the same wire?

You might look at this, discussing the operation of a HP tube decade counter. Also look at the Dekatron tube.

    Random digital potentiometer driving

If you tell us the purpose of this random signal, we can better help you, since right now it's pretty vague.

    P-Channel MOSFET always on

Yes, sounds like you have the P-Channel source and drain reversed. The source must go the the +12V.

    New TV or Router?

Alternately, the TV may just be insensitive to the WiFi signal and a WiFi booster close to the TV may help.

    New TV or Router?

I can't see why that would be a problem, since all the surge protector does is clamp the AC voltage peaks above a certain voltage.

    Transistor as a switch

Someone in academia apparently defined it differently between the two type of transistors just to try to confuse the rest of us.
