    HELP identifie rectifier values

MIG is not usually higher than 40-48v tops. So it just the current that is the main concern. If bolted to the same plate then it could be a parallel or set up in a bridge configuration, usually, but 6 is an odd number, It should be easy to work out how they are configured. M.

    HELP identifie rectifier values

Looks almost as if this is 6 diodes in parallel, it is obviously a Motorola part, if obsolete you could use stud mount types and make another bank up, is this a TIG welder? M.

Need someone to check my circuit

A earth ground should be used where the equipment is not classed as double-insulated, in that case then a earth ground should be connected to any metallic case of the equipment, if should NOT contact neutral at any point. M.

    Help finding a suitable transformer

That is quite the transformer for an electronic 'newbie'! There are not that many here that use a transformer of that size and rating. Where in the UK are you getting that kind of service supply? I have a Electricians licence for the UK and it requires a licence to work at that level of supply...

simple current limiting to 2A with TIP122

For the LM317 look at the spec sheet, also Google will show many examples and also there is a couple of resistor calculators out there for a given current. http://diyaudioprojects.com/Technical/Current-Regulator/ M.

    need help with a relay

It is going to be very involved and tedious to do it without the aid of logic IC's, as already suggested look up ripple counters, some circuits you find may just need a small mod to get the feature you need. M.

Need someone to check my circuit

It is always best to use a heat sink of some kind, a square aluminum plate is good. 14g should be suitable and easily obtainable. Is any of it DC? you usually require low voltage dc to switch a SSR. M.

    Working With 240v And Arduino

That SSR appears to be the same as the common Opto22 variety, they are actually intended to be plugged into the interface boards which take 4, 16, or 24 SSR's at a time these provide the suitable terminals for input and output, you may have been better off to use one of the SSR's that are stand...

Need help finding a weight sensing on/off switch? Like in lawn mowers.

You wouldn't want to go to the extent of a load cell for that operation, unless you wanted to weigh the person. I would use a either a simple reed switch and magnet to detect when a weight is placed on the seat, or a small prox switch such as Honeywell SS400 series and a miniature magnet, You...

Need help identifying and replacing component

Q usually indicates a transistor. Does it have any identifying marks or how many leads?, If not the only hope is to try and reverse-engineer it and attempt to come up with a sub. There is only Four terminals!

    Switch question.

It sounds like it is a 2 posn (non sprung return) The two types are MOM (spring return) or maintained, I suspect the ones in the original post are maintained. BTW there are also the Telemecanique ZB2 series operator button type you can get them in several configurations, they now sell them on...

Component identification on Landscape Lighting Transformer

If there is no electronics, timers etc, then it should not be a problem, I would fuse the unit as tight as possible with maybe a fast-blo fuse take care of any transients etc, with landscape wiring of any large area, I have found it is usually lightning effects in the low voltage circuits that...
