    Hello, I am not talking about the powersupply itself. It is likely connected to a board. There is likely someting wrong with that board. Something is drawing to much current causing the powersupply to go into protection. That is the ticking you hear. Bertus

    Hello, The ticking sound may occur due to an overload on the powersupply. There shoud be someting drawing to much current. Take a look at the main board and see if there are some tantalium capacitors broken. Bertus
