    Hello, Where are the 500k resistors? The REF circiut uses 2 10k resistors in the voltage divider. There is a 500k resistor in the amplifier. With the 500k resistor the gain is 5 times. With a 560k resistor the gain is 5.6 times. With a 470k resistor the gain is 4.7 times. Bertus
