    Amp In Protection Mode

    when Q607 Vce =Vbe=0.7 then Q605 becomes Vce=0 Q605 reads 44.1 V ==>E 44.1 V ==>C 43.4 V ==>B EDIT **** Q607 Vce=0.7 = Vbe therefore Q605 Vce=0 *** Q607 reads 43.4 V ==>E 44.1 V ==>C 44.1 V ==>B Since the feedback point on input is inverted a positive output offset has to be caused and a...

    Led's headlight issue

Instrument panel will have some threshold current sense to detect faulty halogen filament. Thus a dummy load current perhaps 1 A is needed or 14W. This is Trial and error to determine lamp fault threshold indicator on instrument panel.

    Amp In Protection Mode

When the loop feedback R was changed to 0V feedback instead of high offset out, Q603 reads 00.2 V ==>C 00.8 V ==>B 43.4 V ==>E Vbe of Q603 ib is low (0.6 vs 0.65) and thus Ic is low and thus Q605 Ib is low and thus Q605 Vce =0 Normally Q603 Vb=1.5V with loop closed. make sense? thus Q603 is...

    Amp In Protection Mode

when Ibe is low Vbe = Vcb when it becomes forward biased thus Vce = 0 , this is normal for some low Vse(sat) transistors.

    Signal is periodic or aperiodic

periodic. since t is not limited.

Replacing 3.7 lithium ion battery supply with permanent 3.7v power source

The android should have a useful charger which can support a weak battery.

    Amp In Protection Mode

Leakage on Vce is very much voltage dependant. thus DMM readings may not indicate. Q603 NPN normally has high Vce , while Q605 PNP is low Vce. Therefore voltage at Q603 , Q601 junction is far more sensitive to Q603 on output bias error. The offset adjust pot is thus designed to null this offset...

switching a relay - but on second switch. ( if that makes sense? )

It seems your smoke gen, already uses dual momentary coil latching inputs. But to make this reliable each stroke must produce only 1 pulse, although bounce is expected for ~1 ms, a carefully chosen cap that wont burn out the contacts yet discharge the cap to sustain the pulse and then charge up...

it is intended for occasional stalls not as a routine function. they do age.

    Question about PTC fuses

Rmin also may reduce starting torque, but your DCR must be 1.2 Ohms so 0.3 Ohms is not too much loss in start torque., just a slower start. whereas a 1.5Ohm PTC may be too high it may also affect max RPM with voltage drop. This depends on motor stiction and load. I would suggest 350mA SMD for...

    Question about PTC fuses

inbetween depends on history, ambient temp and device temp. so like a fuse, it will take longer to trip or may not trip if only 600mA in between but it recovers when load current reduces. Best practice is free convection .
