    :)notice the screw terminals on the board, they came from a new 3 way togel switch that fell to bits so these are handy to secure the wires for the pot and the rest to , oh i use 2 out of the 3 positions of the togel switch only

    :)i cut a square around the nut on the bolt to electrically isolate that screw from the rest of the coper and that nut and screw secure one of the 2 resistors to the extra coolling heatsink

    the picture on the net of it biult and boxed up looks a bit small and tight so heres the better one i made . first heres the bottom of the board, all cut and done where you have these isolated sections and the coper was a bit tarned and the  coper looks a bit browner in colour

    :)heres the front box pannel details for this , note the long bow and short bow  switch .to put it simple its a toggel switch to switch it for a long nichrome or resistance wire  or short wire hence the name short bow /long bow , the long bow position uses more current flow to heat that wire

    :)ive allready mounted the heatsinks on the 2 transistors on the main board, just have to wire it up and add the 2 other transistors and  big separate heatsinks to them and the transformer, ive typed out the instructions etc so here they are 12_to_240_vac_convertor_circiut.txt
