    the other option that is sneaky but adds a bit of weight is use another wifi enabled phone or ipod... download an app like ipcam and enjoy. depending on size of your helicopter though this might not be an option, as even 100grams can make most lighter helis stop lifting off.

    if you want more time than you could try upgrading the battery to a C or D... you could also try the longer lasting batteries (Lithium for example) but yes theoretically you could just duoble the batteries to provide more mah.

    define the distance you are talking about here. far away could mean a few miles/kilometres or it could mean other side of the world. there are options for both that do not have the possible/pluasable effect of destroying electrical equipment.

    if you need to extend the battery life a little you can opt for 10 batteries. just make 2 lots of 5 in series then put them in parrallel. this will give you a rough voltage of 7.5volts (give or take) and will double the amps of having a single row. lipo packs are an alternative as are nicd but...
