    hi there my multimeters continiuity tester reacts to so many ohms resistance to before the audio sound comes on, and it wont do it for to high of a resistance , thats why its good for checking the continiuity of track work  and wire, and not for components

    if you use a bread board ,if its small youll find that your project, depending on the size of it would be pritty compact, so if you buy lots of small bread boards you can conect them together for more space, im doing it and soon or later ill have a large bread board  for spaceing my components...
