    Lithium cells can be damaged if you discharge then too far. Too far is something less than 2.8 to 3.0 volts. Chargers frequently refuse to charge over-discharged cells See my thread "playing with fire" for my own recent experience.

    Firstly, the battery probably needs to be several thousand volts. Secondly, once you get this working you are likely to get a knock on the door from your country's spectrum regulators. And they are not going to have smiles on their faces.

    As mentioned previously the emitter and collector of Q3 are drawn back to front Once you fix that you will need a resistor in series with the base of Q3 or it will likely expire the first time you use the circuit.
