    Remote Controlled Lawn Mower

    Here is a Diagram of a Remote controlled Lawn Mower that I made some years ago. The Lawnmower was a Push Type with 2 wheels. I modified it with Solenoids that push pads on the wheels for steering it. This was a Wired Remote Lawn Mower and the biggest Problem was not running over the cords.

    I believe the D in the part number stands for Darlington and this does not look like a Darlington replacement.

    This is a Transistor D2065 [M] printed on it which is Matsushita which is now Panasonic. I figure it is a 2SD2065 NPN Transistor. It is in a Kenwood KAC-624 Carstereo Amplifier. There are 4 of them in the Audio Output Stage of the Amplifier. What is curious about this Amplifier is all output...
