    Show a picture of it. The voltage is 'fixed' according to the type of device but its current requirement is quite specific and can't be guessed at (safely). What do you want to power? The LED or the lasers? Sure they're lasers?

    The diodes are unnecessary. Can we assume that the 'out15' connections are wired the same as the 'out00' terminals i.e. driven from open drain connections? If so then the relays can be powered by 12/24V as you show in your drawing.

    You might affect a permanent fix by fitting some form of 'pressure pad' along the edge where the connections are made by trapping some foam rubber (or whatever) between the screen and casing but those connections are generally not fixable.

    You tell me!!! Whilst 'red' is a standard colour to represent a positive connection/wire this is not a 100% sure thing. If you have a red and black wire then the red is most LIKELY to be positive.

    The equipment will only draw what it needs - not what is capable of being delivered. Just make sure to put a fuse on the 12v feed line. A 5A fuse will be suitable. Also make sure the cable is rated accordingly (not too thin).
