I need a voltage follower with >= 1Amp output for experiments

The LTC3300 solution allows charge to be moved from one cap to another. It is a really good solution. Any solution which is not totally or partially dissipative will employ inductors in some manner.

    Zener diodes not working

Hahahaha, I have a multimeter like that. The low battery indication is that it becomes very inaccurate. :-(

I need a voltage follower with >= 1Amp output for experiments

I'm not really sure what you are trying to do. Charge the lithium cells? charge the capacitors from the cells? Either way, both scenario A and B seem to be poor choices.

I need a voltage follower with >= 1Amp output for experiments

Yes, but remember that if you want 25F and you are placing two equal capacitance capacitors in series, they will have to be 50F.

    Power Supply for Car Radio

Be careful, because the peak current won't be shown on the meter. I wouldn't want to exceed about half the power supply's rated current as shown on the meter.

    Power Supply for Car Radio

If you connect a multimeter on its 10A range in series between the power supply and the radio you can see what average current is drawn at what volume level.

    Questions conservation electronic

That is pretty much impossible to say. A room with controlled temperature and humidity would be best

    Questions conservation electronic

Neither is more dangerous to humidity A sealed bag Mary be more dangerous to the contents if you don't take action to handle moisture that is trapped in the sealed bag. A tired bag may be more dangerous to the contents if the air outside has lots of moisture.

They might be ok if you squeeze most of the air out and include a silica gel pack to absorb any moisture in the contents.

Fill all the empty spaces with silica gel first then!

LED or CFL flickering with motion sensor in circuit

They may have a capacitor across the relay contacts. This passes enough AC current to allow the very efficient lights to turn very slightly on.

You could vacuum seal the bags.

    Questions resect plastic of electronics

The answer to the first question about the plastic is "I don't know". The answer to the second part about all those light sources producing uv is "No, they don't".

    Zener diodes not working

With a 10K resistor, the voltage across the zener is likely to be slightly lower than the specified voltage. The fact that you're seeing a higher voltage is suggestive that your zener is not a 12V device.
