    need help with identifying component

Simple answer is YES. The voltage can certainly be higher. In fact it is advantageous. Just be aware that the size of the capacitor may hinder connection. Martin

Hi Michael, Yes you can connect some in series. Did you pay attention to the led resourse I linked to? I think not sir!! Only joking... But there is some math involved connecting leds in series and the supply voltage. I would recommend a seperate 12v sla battery purely from the point of view...

Adding LED lights to Kid Battery powerd Ride-on

However, to make things easier for you, you would be better off buying drivers for the particular leds you choose. Also, read the specs on the leds and drivers. This will allow for correct...

    Energy production

First, you cannot reduce noise pollution, unless you have a ghostbusters 'noise vacuum'. Secondly, if you had the said 'noise vacuum', there would be no noise to use for electricty to run the machines. Thirdly, the electricity produced by sound waves is so small it needs amplifying. That...

Honeywell Ademco 6150 ADT Safewatch PRO 3000 Keypad Problem

Hi L-1, I think you probably have a faulty keypad. There is normally a very small screw at the bottom of the unit. Or perhaps you have had new carpet fitted? It could have damaged the wire to the keypad intermittently. Martin
