    Trying to manipulate voltage

Hmm. Sounds like a good way to make an engine run badly. But if you really want to do this look up op amp summing circuit. Feed the signal into one input and a fixed voltage into the other. Bob

    Trying to manipulate voltage

If I undertand you correctly, you want to take a signal that is an AC signal varying in amplitude from 0 to 1V and add some fraction of a volt to it so that a device monitoring it thinks it is above 0.5V when it is acually at a somewhat lower level. Is that what you want? Bob

help designing a 24 VAC circuit

Steve, It might be safe, but you would then be turning on both zones if either one came on. This is not likely what is wanted. Bob

Is there something to use to flash 2 led lights quickly?

But they will not come close to what the OP wants: 1. delay 2 hours 2. blink for 2 seconds 3. off for 2 seconds 4. blink for 2 seconds Doing this with discrete transistors would be quite complex. You couuld possibly do it some one-shots and 555 timers, but the timing would not be...

Is there something to use to flash 2 led lights quickly?

I could do this trivially with a PIC microcontroller, but it is a long learning curve if you are not already competent with them. Bob

I,for one, do not know what a Retro-40 or an HLA300 is, and I am not inclined to google them in order to answer your question. Bob

    3. way Light help

I showed you how to do it with 2 4-way switches. You could also do it with 2 3-way switches. I don't understand what you are not getting. Bob

    Program a pulsating/reversing

No, he hasn't, because he is convinced that solenoids are more efficient than motors. Makes me wonder why no one has thought of using solenoids to run electric cars. Think how much farther they could go on the same battery power! Bob

Is it possible to detect mosfet failure?

I did a search on homemade Segway's. One guy who designed and built his own mentioned that he used mosfets with a higher current rating than the battery could supply. That, coupled with the gate protection already proposed should pretty much cover it. Bob

Switch Help Please - Do I need something different

I think it is likely that two of the terminals on the A and B switch ARE connected together. All you have to do is find out which these are and then connect them to the common terminal on you 3 terminal switch. Did you try meauring resistance between them with a multimeter? Bob

Switch Help Please - Do I need something different

What I am saying is that you cannot replace 2 switches with 2 terminals each with one switch with 3 terminals UNLESS one terminal on each of the 2 switches are connected together. Use a multimeter in Ohms or Continuity Test to see if either of the terminals of the 2 switches are connected...
